Hi,

Sorry the day job has kept me busy but you will see a pull request over the
next week.

I've implemented hybi wire protocol v8 and spec version 10 for both client
and server.  I've also tested the server with chrome 14.

The code exists in my own app (chililog) and I will now have to extract it
and plug it into netty.
