[resteasy-dev] Allow injection of @FormParam InputPart fields in @MultipartForm

Hi,

I created this pull request a few weeks ago so that I could access the
Content-Type headers associated with multi-part forms:

Does anyone have any feedback, please? I am using this patch myself
locally without any issues.
