[resteasy-dev] Move examples module to another repo?

Just discussed this with Jim on IRC.
To cut it short, we eventually agreed that the best solution could be to 
actually fix https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RESTEASY-1368 first, and 
then move the workbook examples.
