[resteasy-dev] RESTEasy and possible "community" contribution

I think we can start by deprecating what we feel should be. If the 
community and/or customers end up having strong arguments for keeping 
stuff that's been deprecated, we'll evaluate and provide alternatives. 
We'll not be removing features immediately, but follow a proper 
deprecation path.
