[resteasy-dev] deprecated classes cleanup

Hey Rebecca,

You can add the following, deprecated as of RESTEASY-1362:

  * org.jboss.resteasy.annotations.Suspend

  * org.jboss.resteasy.core.SuspendInjector

  * org.jboss.resteasy.spi.AsynchronousResponse

They're all in resteasy-jaxrs.
