Staged JSFTest 1.1.8, RichFaces CDK 4.5.0.Beta2

It seems we staged the wrong version of the CDK.  The last CDK release
was Alpha2, so this release of the CDK should be 4.5.0.Beta1.

We've already promoted the artifact to maven central [1], so we'll just
go ahead and run with it.  I doubt anyone will ask what happened to the
Beta1 release, but if they do we have an answer ;-)
