1. Initially source list contains some elements, target list is empty.
2. Click some elements in the source list.
=> Elements appear in target list.
3. Make some element in target list active (using keyboard navigation keys).
=> Ordering Buttons are enabled correctly. Remove button should be enabled but it is disabled.
