Using the Safari 3.0.4 browser on Mac, the dropDownMenu doesn't drop down on mouse hover or mouse click.  This makes the menu unusable.  The menu appears to work correctly on Firefox 2.0.0.11

reproducible using richfaces 3.1.2.GA
