It seem that rich:orderingList is rendered incorrectly.
The following code:
	<rich:orderingList value="#{listBean.capitals}" var="capitals">
		<f:facet name="header"><f:verbatim>header facet_1</f:verbatim> </f:facet>
		<rich:column>
			<h:outputText value="#{capitals.stateFlag}"/>
		</rich:column>
	</rich:orderingList>

It is displayed only in IE, but with errors on the page. In FireFox it causes xml parsing error and it's impossible to view the page.
