Add possibility to select a row in rich:dataTable, same the rich:scrollableDataTable

The rich:dataTable component have a better look and feel than rich:scrollableDataTable, and no have scroll.
In a various cases the dataTable is more apropriate than scrollableDataTable, but the dataTable don't have the select row feature.
The new feature have a possibilty to choose switchType (same the simpleTogglePanel): server, ajax, client.
