    Resolution: Won't Fix

FF has incorrect behaviour  if  "table" has margins it returns incorrect  offset* values https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356665 and so we can't place our menu correctly

workaround:
1. wrap "table" with div and set margins to div
2. set paddings to the table elements
