Adding shale-view-1.0.4.jar to my projects instantly breaks ajax4jsf/richfaces. There's something in the faces-config.xml in the jar that makes a4j not render head resources (a4j view handler stops working). I cannot use shale-tiger (as it requires shale-view) and a4j together.
I tried to comment out the <view-handler /> tag in the shale-view jar, but a4j was still broken so it's not only the view-handler, that causes the problem.
The only way to make a4j work again is to remove shale-view from the project.
