Have the same warnings in the log of the glassfish app server, but they don't break the functionality (after the related issue RF-2962 has been fixed). Deployed livedemo site and several sample web applications under glassfish and all of them work fine.
This issue needs to be investigated deeper in order not to get the warnings in the console.
