Alexander Smirnov resolved RF-3159.
-----------------------------------
Resolution: Done
Fixed header processing logick. Transfer-Encoding header will be never setted to "chunked" for a cacheable response.

> Browsers (IE and Firefox) don't seem to cache resources (eg. Richfaces javascript files); when the following headers are present in the response:
> - Transfer-Encoding : chunked
> - Content-Length header
> When Tranfer-Encoding chunked is used, then no Content-Length header should be set. Setting the two seems to instruct the browser to not cache the resource.
