Open the livededemo page. 

1) upcheck apply 
2) select date pattern dd/M/yy hh:mm a (the second date pattern) 
3) select date 
popup closed, date chosen 
4) open popup again 
5) set time to 08:00 pm 
6) choose time 
popup closed 
7) open popup again 
time and date field is empty
