Nick,

Prototype 1.6.0.2 only contains bugfixes and requires some changes to the syntax used.  Perhaps that is the problem with the upgrade?  I don't see why there would be any performance issues with such a minor release of Prototype.

Is it safe to say that you all will look into this again?
