rich:listShuttle is affected by this when rendering large number of elements. In my case around 600 elements by triggering an AJAX request.

BaseXMLFilter.doXMLFilter() takes a long time parsing html to well-formed XML.  The TidyParser is performing very bad.

The whole JSF request takes 35 secs, 25 secs is spent doing the parsing.
