Source is attached. In this example left tree accept nodes only from right tree and vice versa. ajaxSubmitSelection = "true" and reRender  specified.

# Drag any node from left tree on any node from the same tree (do not release mouse button) => indicator show that item is not accepted - it is OK
# Move mouse on any node from right tree =>  indicator show that item is not accepted - it is WRONG (if release mouse button, selected node is moved from left tree to the right)

If select node, release mouse button and only after that drag element - all is OK.
