Step 1. Set "dir" attribute for rich:columns component to "RTL"(right-to-left) value;
Step 2. Verify tested component.

Following error appears during component loading:
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: /Columns/Columns.jsp(35,51) Unterminated <rich:columns tag
...
Note: "dir" attribute contained in colunms.tld, but absent in columns.xml(see trunk\ui\columns);
