Step 1. Set "dualColoredLabel" to "true" inside rich:progressBar tag.
Step 2. Navigate to page contained tested component.
Step 3. Initiate progress process & verify text color displayed in 'complete' & 'remain' parts of progressBar.

Actual behavior:
*Text color in complete' & 'remain' parts is the same*

Requirements: First color - is the color for text which shown in 'complete' part of the bar, and the second color - for text in 'remain' part of the bar.
