Step 1. Add rich:comboBox component inside rich:scrollableDataTable. Use following code:
<rich:column sortExpression="#{sdt.str0}" sortable="false">
			<rich:comboBox width="10">
				<f:selectItem itemValue="item_1"/>
				<f:selectItem itemValue="item_2"/>
			</rich:comboBox>			
		</rich:column>
Step 2. Navigate to page, contained scrollableDataTable.
Step 3. Click on comboBoxe's button attached to input box.
Step 4. Verify popup list appearance place.

Actual behavior:
Popup list appears so far from selected comboBox. For more information see attached ComboBoxInScrollableTable.png
