In the last version of richfaces (3.1.4) the behavior of modalpanel has changed. 
In all previous versions the modal panel does'n change the opacity durring moving. In the new version the modal panel lose his color.
Is this bug or a feature ;)

Secondly the background behind the moved panel is shivering .. hmm ... to try this ... open the exadel-livedemo and move a modalpanel over the tree (on the left side)
