This is caused by bug in IE. 

But there is workaround. Add relative position style to scrollable element. 
In your page attached just replace  style:

.dr-mpnl-pnl {
overflow-y:auto!important;
}


on 

.dr-mpnl-pnl {
overflow-y:auto!important;
position: relative;
 }.


This solves the problem in IE and does not affect on behavior in other browsers.
