Modal panel is the component that doesn't depend on another, so you can try to:

1. Checkout complete 3.1.6.GA tag
2. Checkout ui\modal-panel from 3.2.1.GA tag
3. Replace completely 3.1.6's ui\modal-panel with 3.2.1's variant
4. Build the project
5. Try to use modal panel
