The same bug repeats for Opera after following steps:
# SelectOnEdit = false
# click InplaceInput and manually select text in it
# click at any place on the page
# click InplaceInput =>Result: text is selected (actually should not be selected)

OR

# SelectOnEdit = true
# click InplaceInput and manually unselect text in it
# click at any place on the page
# click InplaceInput =>Result: text is not selected (actually should be selected)
