With certain CSS-styling (specifically that used in http://examples.caspan.com/cframe_scroll/ ) the suggestionBox component appears to be fixed in position on the page such that it will appear in the same position, even after/during a page scroll (ie it does not stay attached to the inputText that it is attached to).
