We've already created set of UIData components to use table-like structures.

And we've already created set of rich UI inpouts.

You should just combine all this stuff and add third party if you need and the result will be like you need.

We can't create such predefined component., It will not be reusable for all peoples. It much more easier to create such component using blocks ;)
