I've used popup="false" mode to test.

1) open demosite calendar page
2) choose some date
3) call time edit popup
4) edit time and click ok

nothing changed in time info 

5) choose anther date - time applied.

SHOULD BE (in popup and non popup modes) time should be applied right after Ok in edit time dialog.
