1. Go to the jsp tested application
2. Set minValue=-100
3. Try to delete value from inputField to enter new value:
-press Backspace button
-select text in the input field and press Delete button
FAILURE: 0 value appears again, it can't be deleted. It can be replaced by other symbol only
