After further research I see that Velocity template creates a reference to the baseSkin that we selected.

But isn't better that css 's from this baseskin imported to the new skin, so we can actually see with which parameters we are working with it.....

Otherwise it 1000 debug operations with Firebug to see which css paramete is active...
