When we disable rich:inputNumberSpinner, it gets set to readonly, but it does not get greyed out. We can tab into it as well. I disabled it using disabled=true.

rich:inputNumberSpinner : When we set disabled=true,  the input spinner behaves likeg readonly i.e. doesnt get greyed out. We cannot change it, but we can click into it does not get greyed out.
