I am using richfaces in a portlet.  Here is my environment information:
JBoss Application Server 4.2 
JBoss Portal 2.6.3
JBoss Portlet Bridge 1.0.0.B4
Facelets 1.1.14
Richfaces 3.2.2

Here are the web app parameters I have set:
