Paul Pantages updated RF-4470:
------------------------------
Attachment: jboss-seam-booking.ear
I modified the seam-booking example for this test. I will attach jboss-seam-booking.ear
I replaced the richfaces 3.1.3 jars in the seam dist with 3.2.1.
I added two pages.
http://<host>:8080/seam-booking/mytable.seam
http://<host>:8080/seam-booking/mytable2.seam
There is a one line difference between mytable.seam and mytable2.seam:
onsubmit="if(getPollEnabled()==false){return false}"
The onsubmit is in mytable.seam only.
- Deploy the ear
- Point FF to mytable.seam
- You should see a table with 500 rows of dummy data.
- Ignore the buttons as these were from another test.
- There should be a "polling" status in the upper right every 4s.
- Make sure that the poller is running and just leave it alone.
- Watch FF memory
- Repeat for mytable2.seam
mytable.seam should leak FF memory on each poll.
mytable2.seam should not leak FF memory or leak much less than mytable.seam
