Unable to compile skin project, generated using maven-archetype-plug-n-skin 3.3.0.GA.
You can reproduce the bug following step-by-step instructions in

"mvn clean install" results in build error: 

[ERROR] ResourceManager : unable to find resource 'META-INF/templates/resources-dependencies.vm' in any resource loader.	

The same steps, applied to 3.2.2.SR1  result in successful build.
