Steps to reproduce (in richfaces-demo):

# Open richfaces-demo on Editor page -> http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/editor.jsf
# Switch on Use Seam Text check box
# Input "a&b" into text area
# Rerender editor, e.g. click 'Advanced' radio button
Result: stacktrace. See in attachment.
