I've noticed the headers on the sdt blink in version 3.3.0 as well, possibly even further back.  Not only do the headers blink, but the scroll bar blinks and the table seems to increase in size by 3-4 pixels, before shrinking back to original size. It's definately worse in IE than Firefox though.
