#1. Set sidebarPosition="right";width="1400";sidebarWidth="1000" for rich:page component(see attached LayoutComponents.jsp)
#2. Navigate to the page.
#3. Verify "sidebar" facet displaying.
Actual behavior:
"sidebar" facet is shifted right behind rich:page. For more info see attached screenshot.
