#1. Set begin="0", end="0" for rich:columns component.
#2. Navigate to the page and verify number of columns displaying. - all columns present.
#3. Set end="1" and repeat Step #2.

Actual behavior:
#3: the 1st column is shown, i.e. "end" increment leads to number of columns decrease.
