realworld/info/IE: Incorrect view of the page with opened "How it works?" windows

1. Open the application.
2. Click on any info link. --> For IE8: There is a red point in the left upper coner of the page. There is incorrect view of the information in "How it works?" window.
For IE6, IE7:  There is incorrect view of the information in "How it works?" window. Window size is more than page size, so user should move the window for close it. See attacments.
