realworld/info/IE6,IE7: Some of  "How it works?" panels are opened without the vertical scroll bar

1. Open the application.
2. Click on info icon near "Pre-defined shelves:". -->  "How it works?" panel is opened without the vertical scroll bar.
3. Close the panel.
4. Click on any album.
5. Click on info icon near "Image Dimension:". -->  "How it works?" panel is opened without the vertical scroll bar.

Expected result: They should be opened with the vertical scroll bar.
