For the below code fragment:

 	<c:forEach var="iterator" begin="1" end="3">
		Test<br/> 
	</c:forEach>

When not using the <rich:page> tag, the example code interprets the <c:forEach> tag and renders:

		Test<br />
		Test<br />
		Test<br />

When using the <rich:page> tag, the <c:forEach> tags are not interpreted but are rendered exactly as written:

    <c:forEach var="iterator" begin="1" end="3">
	Test<br /> 
    </c:forEach>
