Attribbute 'minLevel' is added - so, if you specify minLevel="info" all messages with this level or higher will be rendered.
Attribbute level is reverted, now if message has level same as in attribbute - message will be rendered, otherwise -no.
If 'level' and 'minLevel' - specified both, - error message added in console and 'level' attribbute wins.
