If the column width in the extended data table is set absolutely using "px" in the width string, resizing results in javascript errors (IE8) or fails with display errors in FF.

saveRatios() in extended-data-table.js calculates NaN values for width ratios set with "px", which results in errors during execution of calculateWidthsFromRatios while reducing the width of the last column.
