I always tried it on freshly deployed photoalbum. I use JBoss 5.1.0.GA (on Linux) and 

java version "1.6.0_17"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.7.1) (fedora-36.b17.fc12-i386)
OpenJDK Server VM (build 14.0-b16, mixed mode)
