I'm not sure about rich taglib. But checked that at least 
outputPanel, status and commandButton missed from a4j.taglib. It seems causes by CDK updates today. The compoonents mentioned differs from components which works fine in the only point - them misses @tag annotation. From where it was generated previously? Does it required from now?
