    Steps to Reproduce: 
- Open Firebug,
- Go on the Live Demo page : http://livedemo.exadel.com/richfaces-demo/richfaces/messages.jsf;jsessionid=422965BE6F4E8A807124FDA8B544B35D?c=messages&tab=usage,
- Click on 'Validate',
- Look at the Firebug HTML pane to spot content generated before <html> tag
