1. deploy Metamer and open http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richTogglePanelItem/simple.xhtml
2. set rendered=false
3. click on link "Toggle Panel Item 3"

result:
* no panel is displayed
* item3 is not displayed after clicking on link, Chrome console contains following error:
  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'style' of null
