Dragged items (Source list) are often unexpectedly:

1. dropped after fast dragging (start drag -> fast move somewhere except target area)
2. dropped on target area (start drag -> fast move over target area)
3. stopped dragging (start drag -> fast move somewhere except target area)

Can be reproduced when dragging fastly but sometimes also when dragging slowly.
