Example Seam application (Maven project) that shows Attachment issue periodically (about once per 50 attachments - for some reason less often than a real application). Should be a standalone webapp (no persistence). I've tried to make it as similar as possible to the applications with the problem, while keeping it as simple as possible. From the home page you can either start a pageflow or not - this doesn't appear to make a difference but it was one of the things I was trying to test. I've also tried to test with and without a security token (the s:token tag is currently commented out).
I'm not able to re-open the issue (possibly because I had to create a new account).
