Documented as a fixed issue in the WFK 1.1 release notes:
            SuggestionBox, Calendar and ComboBox popups had fixed positions within scrollable 
            containers, and would not appear on-screen if a user had scrolled too far. These
            popups are now hidden when a user scrolls surrounding content.
